In this course, you will complete a 2nd round of your Professional Development Self-Reflection. You will compare this side-by-side with the one that you completed earlier - during your Career & Self-Reflection course. You will also look back at the Skill Development Plan that you set for yourself and see just how far you have come in a short amount of time. The goal is to identify your potential growth and, perhaps, adjust your Skill Development Plan to suit your learning style. (Estimated Course Completion Time: 30 minutes)
